π§΅ Handmade Products Policy
Since our products are handmade and crafted in small batches, we follow a limited return policy to ensure fairness to both customers and the artisan.
β Returns
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
- Minor variations in size or appearance (natural in handmade products)
Each piece is unique, and slight variations are part of the handmade process.
β Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Your order number

π° Refunds
- Once the issue is verified, we will offer:
- AΒ replacement, or
- A refund, depending on the situation
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within
Β Β Β Β Β Β Β 5β7 working days to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
π Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of replacement due to damage or error, we will cover the reshipping cost

Orders placed with Cash on Delivery that are refused at delivery may be restricted from future COD orders.
